RECEPTIONIST 



Receptionist a person who work in a hotel or offices and who answers the phone calls and help guest or visitors when they arrive at the hotel. As a receptionist, you should be good at entertaining guests and be approachable when answering calls. As a receptionist it also help to manage the hotel's by taking bookings, check guest in and out of the hotel allocates rooms and keys and receptionist is the main point of contact between guest and staff.
